An image might help. It sounds like it might be a problem with the joint parameters. I'm not sure, offhand, what else might explain it. There has been some talk of a "taffy effect", but the fix for that is the zeroing of the storage offsets, which you've tried. How have you changed the .obj? What was the base .obj, and what .cr2 are you using with the new combined .obj?
