Hi Hawkfyr, I hardly ever use the clipping bracket except for type or if I want to get a crisp sharp lattice. One of the main reasons I use lattices is because there will always be some irregularities, and this, to me, adds to the realism I'm trying to acheive.I could just as easily create that reel with booleans, but then it would be too perfect. So be willing to accept some imperfection here....You can lower the lattice in the terrain editor, and then scale down in working window. Not sure what you mean by the 'working window'. I always do my editing in windows 2,3,4,5....I hardly move or edit anything in the main window. I prefer to use uncompressed tiffs for the greys. I work for a printing company and they prefer tiffs so I have gotten used to using them and they seem to give me the best results....Any more questions..just ask and if I can help I'm happy to do it.....Cheers H2
