Ok, I just noticed when the tool loaded, it says master filter, in the props, it says Binocs (binoculars?) When you look in the material room it says master filter_ preview then when you click on dropdown it says binocs, and the texture is what ever item you selected for the foreground, colums, plants etc. Is that what its suppose to do?
