Haha I think that the best way to solve the problem is to make the point system 1-10 with that people have more flexibility to rate the picture what they feel. An average picture would rate at 5 or 6 A good picture would be a 7 or even an eight whereas an excellent one 9 and 10. This would be a great solution.
