How to stop yourself from writing: 1. Have a great idea. 2. Really really want to write it. 3. Cruel fate takes care of the rest - busiest month of the year at work, the builder finally turns up to remodel your bathroom, solid run of mandatory-attendance social events, etc. Well, that was my week.
