I not sure why some people dont get them, but we'll try to figure it out. I know that aol, yahoo, and hotmail has their systems set to where our newsletters and flyers are seen as spam since the "to" field is an undisclosed recipient. Also, there are many ISP (Internet Service Providers) that consider us spam when they see the mail queue filling up with some many emails from the same IP address. With over 100,000 it's easy for us to have several thousand of members using the same ISP.
