Unfortunately, we have looked at Ann's website and yes, they are EXTREMELY strict on fan inspired work's. I thik it goes way too far, but that's an opinion and not relevant in the eyes of the law. If need be we'll do a mass e-mailing of your finished work to anyone we can find. Ann should have a fan (snail) mail address? We could print out your picture and mail it to her.
