I think the point was that if people are constructing their models in Propack and P5, and as these two versions don't create RSR's, makers will have to take steps to create the RSR's with a seperate utility for P4 users. I'm not sure it's such a problem for individual items but I can imagine it would be a pain for a large pose (or MATpose) set!
