Thumbnailer is the answer for us Mac folks, at least for now. Another good us for it making pretty rendered thumbs for your own files. Just render the image, do any postwork you want to to it, reduce it in size to 91 x 91, save as a jpg, give the same name as the file (.i.e mypose.pz2 and mypose.jpg) you want to make it the thumb for and then stick them both in the same folder and drag and drop the folder on the Thumbnailer icon, Voila! If you want to share them with PC users just use the "Export to PC" function in MAcCOnverter and it will create the .rsr files.
