jasmina ( ) posted Wed, 16 October 2002 at 9:16 AM · edited Sat, 23 November 2024 at 10:15 AM

Is there understandable way to use this room. Can we use old Poser Clothes by clothifying. And How can I use this Dynamic Clothes in Pose room?

One thing I have not seen posted is how to fit P4 viky's clothes to Judy.

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

Chris ( ) posted Wed, 16 October 2002 at 1:49 PM

nickedshield: I think that is not possible for now ... P4 figures have other geometries then Vicky or Judy. You need a morph for it first to fit the other body ... I have not seen a way to do it in Clothroom. Chris

Chris: I think you missed the point, I was trying to fit Philc's Classical Wrap (Vicky) to Judy since the clothing for Judy is very limited at this time. I have seen a lot of information about using dynamic clothing and PhilC even has a tutorial on the subject but no one has addressed this issue. Since you can only use the P5 figures in the face room what is the sense of creating a charactor, and saying, Gee that piece of vivky's clothing would look nice, and then find out it won't fit. Buy new?

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

I know what you mean ... but see ... PhilCs Wrap was made for Vicky and it fits her perfectly ... P4 clothes that comes with P4 only fit Poser 4 figures because they are made for them. The bodys of each figures like Posette, Vicky and Judy are completely different so the clothes don't fit every body. I'm sorry to tell you but the Wrap won't fit Judy. You need to morph it to the new "body", then you can use it. Chris

Chris, You forgot Vicky P4- made so that posette clothes fit. Anyway, you've just reiterated just about everything I've read so far. So I'll be doing a lot of slicing and dicing and maybe come up with a simple solution.

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

your right ... P4 Vicky can use Poser 4 clothing, but thats because she has the Poser 4 body :) If you find a solution how to get all clothes working for each figure ... please drop me a line :) I will be the first one who shout out HURRA! :)) Chris
