Ok this disturbs me greatly.

So the people who have bought Poser 5 as an upgrade and no longer have the Poser 4.exe file available lose one of the most valuable advantages of Vue (the Poser to Vue compatability) and Curious Labs response is that they are 'on their own'.

Wow, my view of Curious Labs seems to be changing from good to bad almost daily

Would anybody from CL like to comment on this?
