This is the umteenth time I've seen an improper response from them. I don't wish to see anyone get fired. You can correct this in a positive way. But someone needs to have a meeting with the Tech support personnel and explain to them what you should and should not say or type. I know it's a tough and thankless job. I sympathize with your job duties. ScottA
