Absolutely immediately recognizable. The cheekbones need to be slightly more prominent, or maybe it's that the cheeks should be a little more sunken in. Also maybe a slight taper applied to the head to make the forehead wider. I think the eyeshadow for that make-up is a little more pink and the red of the lightning bolt a little more orangish. Still, it's definitely not mistakable for anyone else. ;) Perhaps a slight 'sheen' to the make-up to give the look of grease-paint, and a regular skin bump under it all would make it almost perfect!
