It wasn't until, what, page 18 I think, that they finally came clean. It was highly unethical of them to say ANYTHING about the P5 EULA issue before they made it clear that they were creating a competing app. That information should have been in their very first post and their true motivation made clear from the beginning. Until then, they WERE hiding something, something damned relevent to the topic. That's not to imply that the P5 EULA doesn't have ominous potential that could affect us all. But Daz should have told us the full story from the beginning, and their failure to do so casts them in a very bad light IMO.
