Questor, Vue D'Esprit has Poser 4 compatibility. You can import smoothly into the program, textures and all and use their much better renderer. I don't see CL taking them to court. That's what I want. If there is a posing aspect to the application Daz is working on, then I would hope for and expect a means of converting Millenium figures and their add-ons to whatever format the new application used. Doesn't have to Be a Cr2, does have to recognise and convert Cr2's or offer a supplementary program that can do so. Shouldn't be hard, as everyone always says, we're talking about text files here.
