[Someday we'll do a Cat Festival!] Maybe I'll pretend I'm a cat this time; though then would 'prolly just ignore the whole thing... I would like to nominate my boss for some of the other creature suggestions. Don't think we want to get too hung up on actual animal physiology; from a dog's point of view, I don't quite know how to get the smells across the modem. But that does not seem to be the point. Different point of view or perspective seems to be the point. I like it. We try to encourage different (polite) points of view here. Dogma does have an interesting suggestion about portraits. Since we've been at this for over a year now, are we reaching too far into wierdness for the Challenges? Would folks like to see some return to the basics, with maybe instruction along the way about portrait, landscape, etc.? I personally thought "backlighting" was nice basic material for everyone. Main reason for the Challenges [in my point of view] is to force us to try new things.
