Maclean: Sounds like you have a nice plan. Another thought struck me, too. One could forego a lot of "included" documentation and just provide a URL to your website with some nice HTML on it for each sale item. That way, if a change was needed, one wouldn't have to get in touch with all the customers...the site would reflect the latest update should anybody go looking. That is, of course, if one HAD a site and could take the bandwidth...grin.
