Darn. I forgot to mention that you'll have to: - select "HeadSkin" from "materials" - load the "head"-texture - assign this texture to the head parts (lips, eyes, etc.) in turn before you should leave with the OK-button. Of course, you can enter the "material"-section as often, as you like. Change the base colors of the parts and have fun. You'll get the best results when making the basic colors of each body part white at first. The whole process is a chore when done this way. So there are so called MAT-files out there (probably with the textures you have bought) to change the "skin" with one double click in the pose library. But that's a different story :-) Willy
