It would be nice if someone from CL would answer this question... but I suppose their silence means that they have no intention of giving any kind of refund (money or content) to the pre-ordering people.

It seems as though they only read messages when it's to their advantage. Any other time, they don't frequent the boards and e-mail should be used to contact them. ::shrugs:: Just my warped perception, though.
