Lot of web links exists to perform such calibrations (Jasc, Photoshop,...). I give one which I used to calibrate my monitor. Explanations are clear and there is some theory for the dummies (like me) : http://epaperpress.com/monitorcal/ It seems that only my 5 or 6 last images are too bright (my aquarium is :=( , it will be done an other time) since I changed my monitors settings one week ago; it was not a good idea.
