Subject: 3D Software?

Amorphium is good for "organic" looking models, as is Rhino. Rhino has a pretty flat learning curve which makes it pretty easy to pick up the basics. RayDream I've never used so I can't comment on that. TrueSpace is pretty awesome, and you can get free/light versions of TrueSpace 3 attached to some magazines - Computer Arts recently had a CD with TrueSpace. LightWave is another programme I've not used. 3D Studio MAX is a monster, it eats resources, isn't easy to learn, has a boatload of plug-ins, and is real expensive. But, it is really really good at what it does. For my personal preference, 3DS but Rhino is much easier to learn Paul
