He works hard and doesn't get rewarded as much and is in a, pretty much, thankless job... that could apply to alot of folks. but, forgiveness is free, as long as he does not become a repeat offender. i just wish he had more courage. courage to do what is morally right. renderosity is not the only job in town. and, if it is thankless....well, for a thankless job, he didn't have to speak so cruelly.
