Hail bloodsong, but . . . I have spent as much as three hours just positioning one light and more time to get the right color and intensity and then starting over as I couldn't get it to work right - multiply that buy several lights, characters, textures and morphs and even without modeling you're at well over two weeks for one picture - that doesn't even account for the time it takes to make a model, to learn how to make a model and the years it takes to get good at it, so I do know something of the time and frustration involved in doing quality work. I haven't gotten as into it as deeply as you have yet, but then I'm not through with it either. I'm sorry if I touched a sore spot with you, but give me some credit for having a brain in my head. boy, where'd that come from - I must have needed a rant too.
