Not in the sense that I expect anyone to say that I'm in the same league (that would be ridiculous) but in that the same principles applied to the deconstruction of a painting by Rembrandt can be used to deconstruct a computer-generated picture. How does the artist approach the use of light and colour? How is the picture composed? These are questions one can ask in the same way about an oil painting or a Poser picture.
