I know that sometimes people put restrictions such as these not so much because they're trying to control the way you use it, but to avoid being associated with work that they find offensive. I have seen my fighting poses used in rather disturbing fetish renders, but I am not credited as the creator of the poses (which is fine with me). If they did list me in the credits, I would politely ask them to remove my name, which I'm sure they would do. Free stuff providers may not have the power to dictate how you use their creations, but the users could at least TRY and respect their wishes. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
