Laurent,Indeed you contacted tech support, and I answered your question within two hours. I said I had no idea what was causing the problem, and offered to check your files. But you didn't follow up.
Please don't go around posting messages that e-on tech support is bad if you are not prepared to follow up. How many companies have tehcnical support staff that respond within such a short time frame?
