RDNA apologizes for the site blinking out a few times today due to an overload of downloading etc. Bondware have been informed and they are keeping a close eye on it. For those of you who may be worried about missing the sale we are thinking about extending it through Saturday and Sunday for help with wieght of traffic. We will keep you informed of this. The 'data encryption error' is the usual error caused by the browser that you are using. You need to use IE 5.5 or higher or the latest version of Netscape. The Bondware setup that we use is different to Renderosity and less customized. This is why the latest browsers have to be used. The error in the post above this one is most likely a corrupt .rsr geometry file has been created when Poser has tried to use the .obj. You need to navigate to the directory that is stated in the error message and delete the file mboots.rsr. The 'not a valid archive' is indeed a download error that has corrupted the file. This is quite common in digital downloads. All you have to do is go to your account at RDNA and redownload the file. Again we apologize for the site woes today. Please try to understand that posting you problems on Renderosity delays us from fixing them for you. You need to write to Syyd at syyd@runtimedna.com and she will be more that happy to help you. We also have a store contact forum at RDNA where you can leave a message stating your problem. Thank you all for your patience and support. Colm Runtime DNA...
