Heckuva good job! I think for the pew you might have to resort to setting something on it, like a closed book. Also, I find the spotlight effect on the back wall a little distracting. One last little suggestion, for the dias. I think the podium/desk there might stand out a little more if it were a slightly different shade of wood than the wall behind it.
