First paragraph from the letter, enclosed with this month's payment: Renderosity implemented a new policy on November 1st that effects [sic, should be "affects"] a very small number of merchants -- about six merchants." (I'm not even going to address the issue of the using the grammatically correct word "effects" vs "affects" in a professional letter.) The point is: if this "new policy" only affected "six merchants", why was it made public... and so badly? Shouldn't these 6 people have been sent a private e-mail telling them about the upcoming change? And then the issue could have been discussed (in private) between them and the admins? Instead, the issue was forced upon everyone, without notice and without explanation. Sides were drawn, vendors got upset, people removed their products and galleries, etc. However, further down in the letter is an apology from the admin team. So, maybe it's time to accept the apologies from the Admin Team and move on? --John
