Well, provided that the ships are imported mesh objects... You could put stickers on them using a program called UVmapper. I'm sure someone here could explain the process. I've seen some cool results if it's done right. I wonder what kind of futuristic companies would sponsor the fliers... Interplanetary Mining? ChemaCorp? Reston Genetics? Well, you'll come up with something.
