That looks great! What render settings did you use? If your having problems with the render being blurry I would go ahead and render in user mode and at least 16 subrays per pixel. Another way to sharpen in photoshop: Copy layer and use Filter--Other--High Pass (radius about 25) on the copy and set the blending mode to hard light. Adjust the opacity to suit.
