Nice image, quite dramatic. There's a strange blur on the lamp that is a bit odd and the laser beams look severely underpowered. Also, yes, the hand looks wrong even though it isn't. It's because the guy looks like he's facing front. Getting rid of the Poser "wrinkles" around the neck would help solve this.
