here's my 2 cents: you don't really need scorch marks, although they would make a nice addition, perhaps some texture to the body of the vehicle, to make it feel like it's actually there. also, I agree with the bit about the hand. the thumb should be around the grip of the gun, rather than in front of it. something else I just noticed, is I think the drivers hand, that's holding the gun is actually the wrong hand. if you hold your hand it the same position, the palm of your hand should be facing forwards, not back. outside of that, it's a great image(better than I could have accomplished, I must say)
