How much space per user, and how long for?
Penguinisto told me that some group of officials called UEN took his hard drives and all backups. Penguinisto asked UEN that all non-warezed data be kept intact, but when they march in and demand both hard drives and backups, there isn't much that can be done. So we don't know when (or if?) he will get his data back. See the end of the thread at the above link.
