OKay, this is a quickie, done in a couple of minutes. Exported the figure from Poser *3*. Opened it in UV Mapper, turned it into Planar projection (Edit > New UV Map > Planar), saved the picture as a texture map (File > Save Texture Map). Opened it in Photoshop, inverted it, saved under different name. Imported figure into Bryce, applied the texture and used the inverted picture as transparency map. (Actually, you can just invert the picture in Bryce. but if you colour the texture in PS, you have to create transmap there.) Clicked on transparent to tell Bryce what to use for transparency. Clicked on Blend transparency. Rendered. And it's here. Mind you, for Poser 5, you'll have to export and create separate maps for head, eyes and body. I think that it's the same for Michael, Vicky and others that come with separate textures for the parts. Don't know about Poser 4 figures.
