ICM, I just looked at the pic and I think it's great. For my 2 cents with Vicki, I would consider giving her a special seat to sit in, even just a back brace. Here's why: in any fast moving vehicle (even at 15mph) if you are not firmly attached to something you will slide when the vehicle turns. I don't see how she could aim at all if she's slipping around. Just show her bracing herself with her feet and her back.
