Thanks to all of you for supporting my sale, and for all the wonderful birthday wishes! Thanks Clint for sorting out whatever the gremlin was with the sale not starting. Greybro - I think the sale only started at about 10:00 because of some problem (see post #10 and #12 above). It ended at 4:00 (on the 17th) when the scripts ran again.
