And maybe the slope on the left is too smooth; does not look like the same geology as on the right? Adding elements depends so much on what you are trying to say with the image, that it is difficult to give meaningful suggestions. I tend to be too whimsical; dolphins leaping. Maybe a tree with last leaf falling. Or another bird taking flight to join the flock. Or a young man or women taking flight to join the flock. Depends so much on what you are trying to say, and then it is not necessary to say it too clearly.
