Nikita. This is to replace the version of WorldZ that is currently available. You won't need version 1 to make version 2 work, they are completely independant. Effectively, this is a complete replacement to WorldZ, and while it does everything that version 1 does, it also does soooooo much more!!! I think thats what you were getting at....?
