Thanks for the help. I have successfully downloaded and expanded one product I bought, but the other one (Aeris) I pushed the product download button to many times (I was trying to figure out what to do... but never actually download the ZIP file) and now it said I exceeded the download attemps. What to do now. Will the system admin reset the download button for me somehow? GW
