Hi Folks! Bast makes a good point. A continuing irony for my 3D and Animation class is that the core software used--Infini-D, Bryce, Poser--are not industry grade, so many of the aspiring animators fear that their training will be meaningless. If I were a professional shop I probably wouldn't hire a kid solely on the basis of that one course, but even my most talented students will need some exposure to the big guys--3DS, Lightwave, Electric Image-- if they're serious about entering the industry. My fear is that Adobe is already overextended. Peter (Dr Zik)
