There are commercial situations where having just the right model is worth the price. Two different ways of recouping the investment required to make a decent model: * sell lots cheaply. * sell a few expensively. PhilC made the point more entertainingly than I am. I just wanted to say that "business is business", and there's no point in moaning if some model makers choose a business model you don't like. Just don't buy from them ;) Meanwhile, count me in as one of those who is working hard trying to find ways to increase the size of the low-cost 3D market, so that we can all have more goodies at lower cost :) -- ToolmakerSteve
