The important thing is that it got fixed. In a way, Exotica, this helped you out because you showed good customer service by popping in as soon as you saw the thread and did everything you could to get the problem fixed. The one merchant I referenced in my post above basically said, "Well, these are nice head textures, and it's a nice body texture. It's close enough, color-wise. Deal with it." The particular texture was sold off-site so I couldn't really do anything about it here, but the merchant has sold stuff on Rendie as well. (I admit, I'm sick and cranky, so when I saw the initial image, I had a flashback to that episode. Thankfully, the ending is far different this time.) Mistakes happen. Nobody died over this. You were polite and got the problem fixed, that's what matters. Hope the rest of your weekend goes better.
