Your english is a bit broken, but from what I read above you want the artists to decide on the TOS rules, correct? And, is there a recent incident that brought this up? I only ask this because of your first sentence, which is difficult to understand, but it sounds like you are perhaps unhappy with something personal that may have happened to you?
