Sorry if this is boring, but here goes: Klaus apparently disagrees with the galleries' Terms of Service. He seems to suspect ("true reasons") that something other than the usual establishment of community standards exists. He's expressing his belief that the people who post to the galleries should also be the people who determine the TOS. He wants an explanation from a site Administrator regarding how the TOS were established. Or is it our responses that are confusing? :-)
