I have a fix for you...but it ain't so purty.... I had that same problem(as did others) it has to do with *.arp files being duplicated...poser won't export/import with more than one copy. (in my case...windows had copied them to it's temp directory????) what I had to do was uninstall poser, then do a search for all .arp files on my hard drive and erase them. Then I reinstalled poser and it's patch and Viola'...pain in the butt. you might try searching the forum for an easier solution...hope someone has some better news...good luck
