Attached Link: Soon to be at Poserworld. Very soon...

heyas; this should be coming *soon* (::cough cough steve::) at poserworld, but i couldnt resist posting a pic now. (sorry about the long animation again.) this is my new cheetah. yes, that IS indeed the p3/4 cat. yep, the head was sculpted with 9lives morphs. the body parts were scaled. oh! and the mesh is actually my cat2, which is the poser cat, but i took it into ray dream and sliced the shoulders out of the chest. it isnt the most elegant solution, but i think it looks more natural, especially in the shoulder area where you can see the underlying anatomy MOVE like it's supposed to. the cheetah comes with a pcf of cat2 (you need to decode it with objaction mover), the cheetah skin texture (which i fixed up, so it isnt exactly the one you see here), and the 19 frames of running animation. which, truth be told, could be tweaked to look better.

Oh Lord, I must have this....one of my uses of Poser (having made a reasonable Poser version of my wife) has been to give her virtual riches....renderings of her with big pianos, limos, wine cellar (actually we have a wine cellar)....you get the picture....and she LOVES Cheetahs!!!!! Scarab <-loves Cheetos....

heya; naw, allie, it's pretty simple really. did it in one afternoon. (um, or was it two, after something crashed?) anyway, i saved the out-stretched pose, the bunched up pose, then the front legs hitting the ground pose, and the hind legs hitting the ground pose. applied them in order 5 frames apart and then just tweaked a bit. :)
