I'm going to stay on the fence for this one :) both Bebop & Blackhearted have been nothing but nice to me from day one. I like them both so it really pains me to read about either one being banned. As we've all seen banning someone who's a troublemaker doesn't work, they either come back with a different name or go somewhere else & rant about it there dragging the whole community through the mud. PoserPros has to me the right idea about troublemakers, don't ban them just let the more experienced posters play with them till they get bored with it & go away of their own accord.
