It could be that the conforming clothing is default back to the original default settings. If you rescale an outfit to fit your modified Vicki, use the memorize:figure command from the menu to make the new scale settings the default. You can then save the item to the Library. When you load it again and conform it to Vicki it should fit the same as it did before (that is if it worked after you scaled it to fit, it will work once you memorize those settings for the clothing figure).
