Thanks retrocity,Yes she's a member and was trying this on her machine(I was talking her through this over the phone).What you said is how I was telling her to do it.As she lives a long distance from me,I can't be there to look over her shoulder..but I know she works with large file sizes.Could her file be to big to post in the forum?
